Ax Men on History Channel

Anyone watch this? There have been two episodes. It is essentially Deadliest Catch except they are following loggers in Oregon. Pretty darn entertaining if you like Deadliest Catch. And the show in beautiful in HD.

About 40% of what I watch is on the History Channel.

I have tried to watch this and Ice Road Truckers and found them pretty boring.

I wish they'd stick more with history.

Now Battle 360 -- that's a whole other story!

I like the show alot, but I also loved Ice Road Truckers. The scenery is absolutley gorgeous, I had no idea Oregon looked like that.

....and not to go off topic but as I get older stuff on the history channel interests me more and more. That Cities Of The Underworld is great.

Same with me! B360 is fucking awesome. Im astounded by how much Im loving that show. Cities of the Underworld is also great, but if you insomniacs pay attention, that dude can be seen doing old infomercials. So I hate hes an actor wannabe. Ax Men is cool cause I dig the scenery.

On a side note, what the fuck happened to digging for the truth? That even dissapeared from their website.

It does feel like it should be on Discovery, or something else, but I do enjoy it.

I used to always use the History Channel as my backup station for when nothing else was on. I could count on some interesting documentary.
Now every time I turn on the channel it's this piece of crap show or Ice Road Fat Guys or Boring In Alaska. What the fuck happened? What makes it worse is that they repeat the same episodes over and over again.
