Have no desire to see Jumper or Step Up 2... but I might have to take the wife to go see Definately, Maybe.

Did anybody really see a movie this weekend? I have not seen a lackluster list like that for awhile.

I saw Jumper, but that was only because I missed the Rambo showing while waiting for my car to be fixed. Outside of that, it's a pretty crappy time for movies.

Jumper's 27 mil and 2 movies close to 20 mil isn't too bad.

Just saw "Spiderwick". Thought it was mediocre, for adults. The kids in the audience seemed to love it. But it didn't have the appeal for me like the Potter films or even "The Golden Compass". This is strictly for the pre-teen crowd and younger (IMO).

I have absolutely no interest in seeing any of these movies that opened this weekend, ever. I saw Rambo this morning.

That makes 4 days.

Yesterday (Monday) was a holiday, so that makes 5.

Exactly, movies are a popular date night idea.

I'll admit the trailer for Jumper looked like it might not be half bad, but trailers can make a lot of crap seem watchable. Nothing here for me. I don't even know when the next time I want to see a movie will be. What's the next decent thing coming out?

I personally want to see Be Kind Rewind, though I know thats hit and miss with folks. Will likely see Semi-Pro as well.

I think Vantage Point looks like it could be pretty good, I'll be there on Friday.
