some of the best prices were when Wherehouse had their 30% off sale and were selling them for around $23 each BEFORE discount.

got 'em for arouhd $16 each.......and they have shipped, a day or 2 ago

usually get them at this sale since their 30% include pre-orders.

do not know when the next one is, but sometimes they will have the buy 3 and get x% off of whole order no matter what you buy.

I believe Costco always carries them, however sometimes there is a delay of week or so before they show up on the tables.
Last year The Complete Pluto Volume 2 cost me $20.69 at Costco.
And a year before that, Elfego Baca / The Swamp Fox set me back $21.99 there.

There's no 3 for $60 unfortunately. They're $25 individually at Target and BB. I got $5 reward certificate, so I might pick up an older set at BB this week.

Bestbuy deal "Buy 2 for $40" plus 10% -12% off. The coupon float around slickdeals & CAG's.

I tried using that coupon with the Buy 2 for $40 and it did NOT work. It scanned, but it didn't apply the discount on top of the Buy 2 for $40 which is exactly what I expected since all Best Buy coupons clearly say "markdowns taken from regular prices" and whether or not you get the discount on top depends whether the computer was programmed correctly. Lately, far more often than not, the computers do not allow the coupon unless you pay whatever full price is marked in their system. I figured everyone would know this by now. The coupon did work on the 3rd Disney Treasure since it was at regular $24.99 price. I'm mad at Disney for only releasing 3 treasures instead of 4 this time. :-(

I haven't seen any better prices, and I hate paying $20-$22.50 each, but I'm afraid if I wait they'll become OOP soon. Circuit City, Walmart, and FYE in my area didn't even bother to get these in stock on release day.
