Simpsons Movie $5 off Coupon at Target

I found this $5 off coupon for purchasing The Simpsons Movie at Target. Sorry if it has already been posted, but I couldn't find any mention of it.

As long as no one has a better store exclusive I'll gladly use this. Thanks OP.

Best Buy has some movie figures that goes along with the Simpsons Movie. Don't know if they will be free or cost money:

Those figures aren't Best Buy exclusives. They've been available in stores since the movie came out.

I doubt that they are going to give away a $14.99 figure free for buying a movie which is probably going to be $15.99 or so the first week. Would be nice though if it happens.

I saw a sign at Wal-Mart yesterday that showed two exclusive DVD sets there--one with a t-shirt (looked like the doughnut logo), one with a set of Simpsons family figurines (small enough that all 5 fit in a box the size of a DVD box). No mention of price on the sign, tho.

I probably should've taken a cellphone photo.

I wouldn't be surprised if Best Buy offers one of those figures free with the movie. Not many stores carried them and they didn't sell that great at the ones that did, so McFarlane probably has a lot of leftover stock to get rid of. Best Buy offered a Hellboy figure with the last Hellboy animated DVD for about $20 total, and that figure would cost at least $15 at the type of mall store where they're sold. Best Buy also offered $5 off a $20 Transformers figure with purchase of that DVD so maybe they will do something like that again.

I saw the Wal-Mart sign as well. I think a similar if not identical T-shirt was offered with the Simpsons TV seasons earlier this year. That's probably why they have 2 exclusives this time. The other exclusive of the 5 figurines like you said looked like small PVC figures...probably less impressive than the toys Burger King was offering this year.

Not being blown away by any of the exclusives yet. Hopefully Target will pull a good bonus disc out of their hat on this one.

Can you still use it even if they have it on sale cheap the first week?

You should be able to. It is just a coupon from the manufacturer and it doesn't appear to have any restrictions in regards to sales items

That's a big coupon.

This puts it at $11.99 next week.

With this coupon and my Team Member discount this would knock the price down to $10.79, not too shabby.

Yes, I used it this morning (12/18) at Target. Worked like a charm, $11.99 after coupon. Thanks OP!

I printed out two of these coupons and used them this morning. The cashier was able to scan the barcode perfectly.

I used the printed out coupon this morning and it worked without question. Except for one, when the cashier wanted to know where she could get the coupon.
