last boyscout se?
the current last boyscout dvd does not exactly have the best transfer in the world.
is there any special edition planned in the future (as extras wouldn`t hurt this cool action movie either)?

I doubt it, but Tony Scott did contribute a DC of "Revenge" which wasn't a very popular movie. If their was a Last Boy Scout SE in the works I would have expected it to coincide around the time LFODH is released. I wouldn't mind seeing a DC or SE of this movie.

$59 mill at the US box office in 1991 is not bad for that year. This is a pretty popular action movie. Great action flick! I enjoyed the chemistry between Wayans and Willis. Also it's a football movie and has Halle Berry in it briefly. Nice. The villian in the film was also great, hated the f**ker. This is how good Die hard 4 should have been. A Bruce Willis classic this is, imo. It seems that Warner is sticking with and milking the hell out of the snapper for now because it offers consumers Widescreen/Fullscreen. I do agree, this badly needs and is worthy of a SE. But you can get this for $5 bucks at Wal-Mart.

i wanted to re-open this thread, because the current transfer of this movie is just bad!
is there no bluray release planned for this, where a new transfer would be made and dvd customers could benefit from a new edition as well??
also i am desperately waiting for a special edition of tequila sunrise.
it is also a great movie with a great cast but an absolutely terrible transfer!!
i mean these are big titles with major star power, i am sure a lot
of people would appreciate new editions, is there really nothing
on the horizon yet!!??
