This may not even be a real band. The commercial shows a woman on a keyboard and a man with a guitar on a stage, playing a concert at a tiny venue. Fans hold up their phones and the words "wireless" pop up. The commercial says something like, "Your world is wireless" and then fades into orange.

Yeah same instruments/genders, but it's definitely Mates of State, I have seen the commercial.
