Watership Down, any word on an SE?

My sister who is new to the ebay game was bidding on Watership Down recently and being a DVD collector and bargain hunter I'm always curious when someone's getting a good deal so naturally I inquired to the price and it was up to $31. At first I was like "WTF!? let me find you a better deal." Then, of course I learned it was out-of-print. I have a copy but I always thought it could use a new transfer so has there ben any news about this one?

I don't have any news on an SE but I would surely buy one on a second. This has always been one of my favorite movies. I had no idea this title was out of print; I'm grateful I picked it up when it first came out even barebones and in a snapper.

Terrific film.

It wasn't quite bare-bones. It had a Richard Adams profile, a "Watership Down Today" feature, "Bunny Talk glossary", and the theatrical trailer. Definitely not loaded, but not bare-bones either.

No one even mentioned this film in the Warner chat a few months ago, so, it's doubtful.

There's an SE available in R4 (Australia) with a director's commentary, still gallery, rabbit word glossary and more. It's 16x9 anamorphic, too.

Wow! Just last November, I bought this from DeepDiscount.com for less than $7 during the 20% sale and gave it to my cousin's kids a month later as an xmas gift. And now it's out-of-print and worth over $30. Amazing.

What about Plague Dogs? Is that one going out-of-print too? (I gave then that one too.)
