Great news! I was getting worried that we were only going to see the first season for this show.
There are some great episodes in Season 2 like "Go Tigers" (the one Alex and Mallory go to Princeton for Alex admission interview) and "Say Uncle" with Tom Hanks back as Uncle Ned.

I am also glad they are continuing these...now I will probably get season one. After being burned on Growing Pains and Night Court I was a bit cautious about this one. I thought this was a great series to the end.

Responding to Alex's assertion that the room rental was really no big deal: "The valet parking in the driveway? The billboard on Route 5? (pauses) There was a kangaroo in my living room." (walks away furiously rubbing his face).
Lovely stuff.

I hope he does some audio commentaries.
"And now comes this wonderful scene in which Michael and Meredith sing this great ... Wait a moment - where is that scene? What? You are cutting entire scenes because you are too cheap to pay for the songs? Screw you, I'm leaving!"

I remember a lot of episodes of FT where the A story would be about Mallory whinning about some problem of hers, and the B story would be Alex and Stephen playing chess or something like that. The A story would be boring and the B story would be hilarious.

tvshowsondvd.com has posted the image for the back cover and the season set will indeed have some music alterations. And in regards to the extras, there is no episode commentary.
