Maybe Badlands because it is inspired (not based) by Bruce Springsteen's Nebraska.

I think there is a difference between basing a movie on a song and taking a song title and inventing a totally unrelated story. I'd only count those where the plot/narrative of the movie has a minimal resemblance to the lyrics/narrative of the song. Another:

Ode to Billy Joe

I thought of that too at first, but the OP didn't specify so I included unrelated stories as well.

The Hitcher (original) is inspired by The Doors' "Riders on the Storm" The beginning of the movie has an eerie similarity between the film and the song.

Actually Nebraska came out about 10 years after Badlands so the movie (and before that real life event) inspired Bruce

Sean Penn was inspired by Springsteen's Highway Patrolman (from Nebraska) when he wrote Indian Runner.
