Wall Street: 20th Anniversary 2-disc set - Due 9/18/07
20th Century Fox Home Entertainment will release a two-disc Wall Street: 20th Anniversary Edition on September 18th. The film, which won star Michael Douglas an Academy Award for Best Actor, arrives with an anamorphic widescreen transfer and Dolby Digital 5.1 track. New bonus materials will include an on-camera introduction by writer/director Oliver Stone, extensive deleted scenes, "Money Never Sleeps: The Making of Wall Street" and "Greed Is Good" featurettes, new on-camera interviews with Michael Douglas and Charlie Sheen, and a trailer gallery. Retail should be $19.98.

Can't they stop all these re-releases?
Commando and those Sony Films are pretty cool, but I don't like Wall Street enough to double d on it.
I wonder what film is next...I think it's Universals turn to announce.

Does "anamorphic transfer" mean it's a new updated transfer? Basically, was the previous edition's transfer anamorphic? Extras don't sound like much, but if it's a new transfer I'll wait to get this new edition

Yes, the existing release is anamorphic.
I agree the extras don't sound like much, but either some of them are more than simple featurettes or it will be an awfully paltry disc 2.

If the transfer is improved, I'll probably upgrade. Slightly off topic, but is Fox still number their 2-disc releases or is that another marketing idea that abruptly ended? Just wondering.
