Which theatrical horror film are you most looking forward to this year? If your choice isn't on the poll, just list it. I probably forgot a few.

The Mist.

I didn't realize they were remaking Motel Hell. Of course I'm not surprised.

Out of that poll, Halloween.

But Joshua and the dvd release of Behind the Mask peek my interest.

I voted The Mist, but my actual #1 is 1408.

Of the poll, Halloween. But I have been hearing good things about the indie flicks "All the Boys Love Mandy Lane" and "The Signal" although the latter TOTALLY sounds like a rip-off of Stephen King's Cell...

If it actually winds up getting released this year, then my choice is definitely All the Boys Love Mandy Lane. If not, then it's either The Mist or The Signal.

Speaking of The Signal, it was being made before Cell was released, and I believe the screenplay had been completed a few years before that.

The Mist . And I don't know anything at all about the movie version. The story was so good I don't care.

I voted AVP 2. I'm a huge Predator fan so any chance to see the character is good to me. Plus, the other choices simply do nothing for me.

Halloween

By the way, I don't get why people complain so much about Halloween being remade. It's a remake, not a replacement. The original version will still be there for you to watch if you don't like Zombie's version.

Out of that list, I picked Hostel II, because I know Eli Roth will at least deliver the sadistic gore. The rest, who knows.

From that list: Halloween, only because I want to see how badly Zombie tarnishes one of my favorite films. I have faith in the guy but c'mon, this is Halloween we're talking about. Even Carpenter couldn't remake it better today.

From the list, Hostel II by a mile. 1408 is one of my most anticipated movies of the summer from any genre though, so it would beat out Hostel II if it were on the list.

I don't know why people think Bug as 'horror' when I saw it play form, I found it to be more psychological drama.

I didn't know that Rob Zombie directed a Halloween remake. That's fucking hilarious.
