Godzliila, sure only a few of the buildings went down, but it was enough to make me happy.

you listed most of my favorites, here are some more:
I’m listing movies that depict some essence of NYC either real or idealize.

My Favorite Year (1982)- captures the golden age of television in NYC
After Hours (1985)- an absurd venture into SOHO of the mid ‘80s
Liquid Sky (1982)- a surreal combination of sci fi and early ‘80s downtown scene
The Squid and the Whale (2005)- Brooklyn
The Royal Tenenbaums (2001)- a mythical and idyllic NYC
Three Days of the Condor (1975)- NYC of the ‘70s
Most Woody Allen movies- he can film scenes be it a street, apartment, restaurant that is quintessential NYC

Many of the best ones have already been mentioned, here's some more:

Dog Day Afternoon
Serpico
Style Wars (captures the early eighties in NY better than any movie I've seen.)
The Fisher King
The Sweet Smell of Success
Basically any Scorsese movie, particularly Mean Streets and Taxi Driver
Once Upon a Time in America
Kids (ewww)
The Warriors
When Harry met Sally
The Taking of Pelham 123
Ghostbusters

...there's a lot...

Radio Days is my fav... And eventhough I didnt enjoy the movie all that much, I enjoy A Guide to Recognizing your Saints since it was filmed all around where I live (Astoria).

Another one to check out is the 1954 Judy Holliday - Jack Lemmon comedy IT SHOULD HAPPEN TO YOU. Much of it was filmed on location, and there is some great footage of midtown Manhattan, particularly the Columbus Circle area.
