Is this latest song playing all day on the radio considered spanking hot or something? For some reason it drives me nuts to point I have to turn the channel now. Its like every ho hum country song I ever heard in my life rolled into one.

It's funny because I'd see the video for it on GAC and CMT pretty often and got to the point where I was tired of the song. Now, I'm hearing it on the local Top 40 station all the time.

I think the latest Carrie Underwood song to hit heavy rotation is "Wasting", which I think is a pretty damn good song.

same thing happens with certian rock songs. For instance "hanging by a moment" by lifehouse for a time was only on alternative rock stations about 3 or 4 months before top 40 started playing it. Same thing for "lips of an angel" by Hinder, just change alternative to hard rock.

As long as the song doesn't involve the spawn of some deity driving an automobile, I'm fine with it.
