Hmmmm, that is not my favorite, but I really did enjoy him. The obvious "Tiny Bubbles" is my favorite.

i feel bad for hoku, the "another dumb blonde". r.i.p. don.

btw, wikipedia is quick stating "Hōkū Christian Ho, whose name means "star" in Hawaiian, was born in Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, to the late Don Ho and the former Patti Swallie, who used to sing in his show."

I'll have to hold a tribute when I officially open my Tiki Bar next month.

Got to see him live in Hawaii and it was a very cool show. I remember him most from my childhood memories when he was kind of big in the 70s. Sad loss.

My favorite Don Ho moment was when "Tiny Bubbles" was used as a torture device on a reality show (The Mole, maybe?)

Mine was when he did a cover of "Sabotage" on Conan O'Brien several years ago.

My boss was just singing "Tiny Bubbles" at work a couple days ago.

Whenever I hear Don's name, I always think of his appearance on I Dream of Jeannie, and he sang "Ain't No Big Thing".

It's the average life expectancy for an American man.

He was a legend in Hawaii. He's been having health issues in recent years, but he was an institution and Oahu will feel a little emptier without him. He managed to parlay one novelty hit into a decades-spanning carreer and made him the face of local tourism around the world; what Wayne Newton is to Vegas, Don Ho was to Hawaii.

Dom Imus if fired for saying "Nappy headed Hoes" and Don Ho dies in the same week. Is this all a coincidence or the universe telling us something?
