FYE DOTD: 12/6 Gone With the Wind Coll. Edition ~$9 after $15 rebate
Again, not sure of the price, but my best guess based on the past sales will be about $32 before rebate and coupons:

this isn't a great deal, unless they drop the price significantly on the day of the deal

Gone With The Wind 4-disc Set ~$9 AR @ FYE 12/06 Only
blaze1984 posted this deal a few days ago but the final price was not correctly indicated in his title.

Use the code MCOCT2006 to get 10% off and free shipping. (Thanks to Asuna @ SD)
The math is:
$24.99 - $2.50 discount - $15 rebate + tax on $22.49 = somewhere around $9
12/06 only.

the fact of the matter is most people will forget to send in their rebates and in the end never see the discount. Plus the trouble of waiting and looking out for that check in the mail and driving to the bank to deposit such a small check. I have never done it but how soon do you get the money back? Is it like 6 months? Life is too short, hectic, and busy as it is to be worrying about little rebates. I don't think it is worth it in the end. I hate to buy things with loose, unresolved issues like mail in rebate. You can now get this for about $20 at amazon. To each his own, I suppose.

My rebates with FYE always come back after about 2 and half months. FYE doesn't carry a very good reputation when it comes to the rebate issue. But I did not have any real problem with their rebates.

as far as my info goes, this is probably the last deal of the day... my source should let me know by tonight if there is anything else
and as far as FYE rebates go, just keep an eye on them... as of recently, they have sent them out in record time, usually 3-6 weeks (a lot of people will vouch for this)...
so, if you want it, it's probably worth the gamble... i don't really like the movie, so doubt i'm gonna spring for it
