Coupon code MCOCT2006 - $27 with 10% off and then $15 rebate and tax on $27... should be around $11...

As expected, my rebate submission mailed out on 01/03/07 was received today with an invalid purchase date rejection. It looks like they are interpreting the packing slip ship date 12/05/06 as the actual order date. I submitted both the confirmation e-mail as well on the online invoice receipt from fye.com and clearly circled the 12/04/06 order date. As usual, a quick phone call solved the problem because I was a "valued customer". One DOTD rebate down, two to go (Oliver Stone & Firefly).
On a side note, my status at rebateshq.com updated almost instantaneously after the CSR validated the submission. The record at fyerebates.com took about 10 minutes to synchronize with rebateshq.com.
