Buying Asian horror

Where are some good places to buy Asian horror DVDs without having to worry about getting bootlegs?

Though the site operates out of Hong Kong, I can recommend DDDHouse (www.dddhouse.com).

I've had good shopping experiences with HK Flix.

Are you looking for R1/R0 or are you region-free?

I'm in the U.S., but I have a region-free player now (Oppo 971) so I should be able to handle all regions.

I've been reluctant to check them out because I have heard that much of what they sell are bootlegs. I'll have to look into them.

xploitedcinema.com carries all the regions. They might have some of the hard-to-find stuff. You might pay a few bucks more than other places but the shipping is fast and customer service is top-notch.

They do sell some stuff on VCD but they are quite clearly marked as such. Everything I've bought through them has been legit.

I agree, although sometimes YesAsia prices tend to be a tad higher...

That also kind of depends on the items in question -- specifically on Japanese items, the prices may be a dollar or two higher initially (than cdjapan or amazon jp, but the shipping is far less - often free depending on how much you buy.
