Burger King XBOX games for $3.99
BK started selling these today for $3.99 each. There's three different ones: Sneak King, Pocket Bike Racer and Big Bumpin', and they play on both the XBOX and XBOX 360. Seems like a pretty good deal, especially since you don't have to buy any food in order to get one. Anyone picked these up yet and played them?

I was going to stop at one, on my way back from getting my Wii. However, I didn't feel like Burger King at 9:30 in the morning, so I figured I'd just wait. I'll have Zelda to tie me over, so I'll get the games in a couple of days. I may even get them later today, when I go rent a game for the Wii.

Just picked up all three and started playing Sneak King. I really don't mind playing a big commercial, as this has a pretty good sense of humor. Plus it was only 4 bucks.
One problem though, my game on a standard TV isn't displaying properly. You know how when you're playing the 360 on a standard screen and try to switch it to widescreen it just stretches it? That's how Sneak King is playing. And there are no display option settings.

I haven't played Big Bumpin' yet, but it looks like a great multiplayer game.
Sneak King is pretty awesome in a creepy sort of way, and Pocketbike Racers has potential, although it's pretty slow at the 50cc level, and I haven't quite got the hang of it yet.

I also got all three this evening. Will check them out after watching a movie. I'm impressed they are in standard cases and look to have reasonably good production values. Maybe this will set off a whole trend of tongue-in-cheek advertising games.

Impressions would be appreciated. Seems like the consensus is Pocketbike Racers is not worth it, Sneak King is okay but wears off quickly, and Big Bumpin is actually worth having. What are your opinions?

I've logged a couple hours now with Sneak King. I like it, hasn't worn on me yet. It needs something though to make it competitive. Posting your times/scores on Xbox Live... anything.

I had to argue with a manager at the one BK (Route 30, North Versailles, PA) who was a TOTAL douchebag about the games, and wouldn't let me purchase all three with one value meal. Then lied to me about some "corporate memo" that said that was the policy, but it wasn't printed on any of the signs...and couldn't show me the memo because "oh, I don't have it, that's just what I heard." I left and went up the street to a different one...bought a value meal and 2 copies of each (bought a set for a buddy) without a problem.
We played all three after the early football games were on...I like all three of them. Sneak king is fucking hilarious...pocket racers isn't the greatest looking game (well, none of them are for that matter but who cares?) but it's fun. The 4 player split screen is ridiculous. The control on it leaves something to be desired, but it's all about the competition...and the big bumpers game is the best of the lot, IMO, cause of the mini games. The bumper car hockey, 2 on 2, is addictive. We played it for a solid hour...too much fun! for $12 for the lot of them, you can't go wrong.

Two BKs were on the way from work. First only had 2 of the titles, let me buy one for 3.99 and others for 4.99 each. The second BK let me buy 3 for 3.99 each. I bought two of each for collecting/trading/ocd-ness.
I would try them right now, but must play more Oblivion. I haven't played RPGs in years (Eye of the Beholder anyone?), but I'm so hooked on Oblivion, and I'm still in the first sewar.

Pretty weird hearing about "purchase limitations" according to some weird "memo", and about a restaurant not having all the games. I was actually the first one to request the games this morning at my BK; they opened the first brand-new box just for me. They had all three games in the same large box, and they let me purchase two copies of each game without purchasing food at all. Nobody asked any questions. I just told them I wanted two of each, and she rang them up.

Just cruised through the drive-thru w/o buying anything and hit up another location.Snagged all three no problems. I'm glad they didn't force you to 1 per value meal, and actually had them all instead of picking them up one a week and chance missing out.
Haven't played them due to getting the wii. They will likely sit there for a while before I pop them in.
