Not Impressed with WWE SD Vs Raw PS2
Since I did not see any other posts in regards to the WWE Smackdown Vs Raw game for the PS2 I thought I would throw my 2 cents in...
It seems they have changed the controls around this time around, it is tough to actually perform any special moves, it seems I spend most of the time tying up the other wrestler. The story mode seems pretty standard, alot like last year. Alot of wrestlers to choose from and alot of legends to be unlocked. From looking at the Strategy Guide it seems alot of different stories to choose from, depending on who you select. It seems fairly easy (on normal mode) to beat the computer. As a person who buys every wrestling game that comes out I have to say this is NOT the best one ever released. I also only noticed ONE new special match and that was Money In The Bank match. Maybe playing this game for more than one day will change my opinion but right now I am not too thrilled with this game....

I have the 360 version.
I love the new controls in the game, and to me it feels way different. I know that the basics are pretty much the same, but the "total control" moves are great, as are the hot spots and that sort of thing. The ladder match seems to be way improved, with a kickass new animation where you set up one ladder and run up it. It's also a lot easier to do top rope moves, including top rope finishers. It's also the first time I've been online with a wrestling game, since I have Xbox Live.
I didn't like the new controls at first either, but after playing the crap out of the demo, and now the retail version, I like the new controls far better than the previous controls of the Smackdown games. Give the new setup a chance, stick with it, and I think you'll eventually start to really enjoy it also.

Ok, I am at a impossible to beat point in the game..I am trying to do the challenges and I can't beat the Mexicools vs Kane/Undertaker. The 2 small Mexicools are no match those those 2 big baboons! How do you beat them? I have completed 14/15 challenges and cannot get this last one! Help!
