De Palma's Sisters....explanation of ending?
Just got through watching Brian DePalma's Sisters on TCM Underground. I liked it, but I'm scratching my head over the ending.

Spoiler:
So Charles Durning's up on the pole watching the couch with binoculars. It's covered with a cloth, a cow is tied to it and somebody drives up with a tractor. The End. WTF? What's he waiting for? What's he watching for? Or is it that he's nuts too? I don't get it...
