Help ID this movie...

Doubt anyone can help with this but I remember watching this when I was young....late 70's early 80's. Some guy is drowning a woman in a fish tank and I think glass cuts up her face lol anyone??

The Silent Partner (1978) with Elliott Gould and Christopher Plummer has a scene like this, except that I think he doesn't cut her face. He severs her head on the broken glass.
