I don't have much to give you... It may be from the late 80's early 90's.

It's about a beauty pagent in which there is a bitchy contestant and a nice contestant. The bitch one has some thug attack the nice one and he torures her. When it's time for her to do her talent in the show, he pushes her on stage in a wheelchair and she is sandwiched between to pieces of glass revealing that the front part of her torso has been cut off and the glass is holding her together.

Any ideas?

I have no idea, but it sounds interesting.
