Which "budget" HD DVD releases are worthwhile?

Which "budget" HD DVD releases are worthwhile?
So, I'm enticed by DDD's aggressive pricing on "budget" HD DVD titles like Galaxina, Golgo 13, and others. But, I've never heard of any of these movies. Are they any good? I'm interested in getting some of them, but I haven't even seen any reviews for them. I'm leaning towards the two Spanish horror movies and maybe Golgo 13. Galaxina seems to be universally panned.

It's kind of a moot point at the moment since all of these titles have been indefinitely delayed, unfortunately. I was really looking forward to the Spanish horror flicks too.
