"United 93" Limited...anyone find in CC B&M?

Just wondering if anyone saw this in Circuit City today and was it $19.99?

Yeah, you can. It's still shows at $19.99 on their website, but it does say "backorder". I know when you're PMing, the item has to be in stock from wherever you're PMing to. This might be an exception, though...since it's CC's website.

Well, most Best Buy employees are stupid enough, so I'll see what it is that I can do.

My local CC didn't have any, so I went to BB, they only got in 4 copies ($24.99). I used the CC web page print out ($19.99) and price matched with no problems.

I checked Wal-Mart, just in case, and of-course none there. Then I went to my local Circuit City, none to be found as well.

Finally, went to Best-Buy and found only 4 copies of the Limited Edition. They pricematched Circuit-City's internet price of $19.99 . . . basically my "United 93" adventure for the day.

Yeah, 1 extra documentary on the 2 discer . . . pretty underwhelming, but I'm hoping it'll retain some value due to it's "limited" status. Anyways, $19.99 isn't too bad since we usually pay $22.99 - $24.99 nowadays for the 2 disc versions.

Both my CCs didn't have it. Got last one at BB for $24.99. Only a couple bucks more than CC after shipping, and I can watch it tonight.

Paint me a sucker for the limited 2 disk sets.

It's supposed to have a slip case.

this is increasingly becoming difficult to get. DVD Planet already has it listed as "no longer available and/or out of print".

I'm not hopping on the LE bandwagon. The Cinderella Man LE is awesome looking but now the LEs aren't very different from the regulars.

I just went with the 1-disc. I think the only additional extra the 2-disc has is a 48-minute documentary.

i think i'm going to pass on this limited edition release. i'll just have to wait for the 3 (or 4) disc extended edition. when i saw the 2-disc le @ bestbuy, i was quite disappointed coz i was expecting more of a munich or jarhead packaging. this one is just like king kong 2-disc special edition...

nah, just sour-graping...my bestbuy local branch didn't price-match against circuitcity.com's $19.99. just wouldn't want to pay for $24.99 + tax.
