X3 $9.99 w/ BJs Coupon

I got a book of BJ's coupons in the mail today near the back of the book there is a coupon for $9 off X3 making the price $9.99.

There was also a coupon for a Hitchcok set but I don't recall the price.

Hopefully I'll get this in the mail too soon. Possible to get a scan? Do you know if it would work on the 2-disc version?

My BJs is in Queens, NY, too....probably the same one. I didn't even get my coupon book yet, but since yours didn't have it, I'm pretty sure mine won't have it either.

Is this "book" the little magazine-like thing they put out every few months? The one with all the coupon pages together in the back? My store puts stacks of those out near the service counter. I assume other stores do the same...

The X-Men 3 & the Hitchcock coupons(Uni 15 dic set) are in a coupon mailer called "Living Well Savings Book" & are valid only from 10/21 to 11/03. The $20 Hitch coupon ibrings the price of the set down to $60. Be on the lookout for this !!

This is the Hitchcock set - http://dvdtalk.pricegrabber.com/sear...arch=hitchcock
Best price online is $85 and in B&M I've only seen it down to about $72.99. So this will be a great deal.
X3 pictured is the single disc, but you could try self checkout with the coupon on the double disc version.

Just got BJ's Journal September 2006, Vol. 17, No. 7. No coupon for X-Men: The Last Stand. In which issue did you find it?

See post #8 above for an answer. It is NOT in the monthly BJs journal, but a small book about half the size of a DVD case.

I still haven't gotten this in the mail yet and last time I was at BJ's I didn't see it on the table with other coupons. Anybody else have better luck?

Mine came in the mail about 2 weeks ago. We're getting the Collector's Edition (which this coupon doesn't work for), so I'll use the coupon to pick up the 1-disc for my dad and hold it until Christmas.

Just got the latest BJ's Journal (October 2006, Vol 17, no.8) in the mail and on page 21, theres a coupon for $3.00 off the Collectors Edition - only. (It specifically saids Collectors Edition ONLY on the coupon.) Coupon is valid from 10/03/06-10/31/06. Then on pages 22-page 23, they promote DVD's that they sell and X-Men 3: The Last Stand is one of them and it saids $3.00 at registar from 10/03/06-10/08/06. (The regular edition is pictured there but I assume the $3.00 off at registar is for any of the editions available.) So you could save $6.00 on the Collectors Edition if you act before Tuesday.

Like others, I'm going to wait until the Two Disc Directors Cut or whatever they are calling it comes out.

LB...

Correction on the picture on the coupon. It looks very much like the CE, BUT it says X-Men Last Stand and also $9 off $18.99. Haven't checked out BJ's price, but I very much doubt they have the CE for $18.99. However, some might get lucky and get it because of the picture shown.

I went to BJ's yesterday to use the "X3" coupon and the "Hitchcock" coupon. The self check-out kept screaming "invalid coupon" on every coupon I was trying to use (all had a start date of 10-21-06). An employee manually deducted the amounts, so everything had a happy ending. I'm not sure if this is unique to my location (E/W Connector, Marietta, GA), but they seem to have numerous problems with handling coupons, whether they are their own or from a manufacturer. Of course in one of those "invalid coupon" situations, I think a coupon deduction on the 2 disc would probably work, especially since the image on the coupon matches that edition.

I brought the coupon to CC and they price matched it. I got X3 (the regular version) for $9.49. The sales person at CC didn't want to PM the CE version because he says the coupon doesn't mention the CE even though the picture shows the CE version. Oh well, better than nothing.

Worked on CE

I used this coupon on Saturday for the Collector's Edition and had no trouble at all. I went through the normal checkout and let the cashier run it through without pause. If I had any trouble I was going to point out that the picture matched the CE and not the standard edition, but I didn't have to. It's nice when you get geared up to "fight" for a bargain and don't have to

I'll use it at BJs tomorrow. Hopefully it will wokr on the CE. Tried to PM with it at WM and BB - both wanted to give me $9 off the CE, but not for $9.99. At WM the coupon even scanned! So, if you go to WM with it and use the coupon you would get the regular version for whatever price it sells for minus $9! Should make it alot less than $10 in many places.

Just to note that the X3 & Hitchcock coupons are also available at BJ's in case you didn't receive it by mail. At the one I went to today, they were in one of those "coupon stands" that are situated at the entrance to the club.

Got the Hitchcock set at Bj's for $59.99 after the coupon. This set is awesome.
