I paid ten buck for "D.E.B.S." a few weeks back.

A side note, the lead singer of The Weekend is super cute, music video "Into The Morning" (DVD extras). But when I first saw it I thought she had sore on her lip. Nope, it's pierced. Schoolgirl's outfit was a nice touch. aaaaahhh

i supposed the first one in your list is Adaptation and that the Fan and Arlington Road are the full screen only re-releases, right?

CVool, I've been waiting for DEBS to drop to a price where it would actually be worth buying. But now I've got to find a different Wal-Mart in my are that might actually have these. Was in the one closest to me earlier today, and didn't see any of these. Even the $5.50 bin, which is usually overflowing, was half empty.

Is that first one supposed to be Adaptation? If so, I'm all over it. Thanks for the heads up.

Huh?
there've been FS releases of those?
I've never seen them...!

Sucks though...those are the only two titles that catch my eye and I already have em :\

Actually the Fan would be of interest, except I have NO doubts about it being FS only.

In Missouri, I picked up:

Adaptation (Superbit Anamorphic Widescreen keepcase)
Analyze This
Little Shop of Horrors
Now and Then
Thunderbolt (Jackie Chan)
Empire of the Sun

None of the above are fullscreen only-- most are double sided or widescreen.

There were probably at least 15-20 other titles that I don't remember many of; some I do remember in addition to those already mentioned are:

The Last Boy Scout
Pleasantville
Friends (Weddings)
The 6th Day
Soccer Dog: European Cup
Alex & Emma

The display was large and in the front of my store. Usually most of these sorts of things are in the back.

I checked the store in Harriman, NY earlier, but no luck. Then again, I've rarely seen these displays in that store. I did, however, find the $3.88 display with the X-Men Evolution DVDs on it. I'm going to try to find this in another store tomorrow.

Some titles I remember seeing at my local Wal-Mart:

Agnes of God (Picked this one up... A good film)
Jackie Chan is The Prisoner
High School High
Futuresport
Hero

and others but they were all previously mentioned.

The 6th Day was the original release. Otherwise I'd have bought it.

Others I saw that I don't see mentioned:

Blind Fury (very tempting)
Sheena (FS)
Forever Young
Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood
Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome
The Cell (keepcase)
Buddy (the ape movie)

I'll add more as I recall them

Hero is great (yes, the Dustin Hoffman one) but the DVD is unfortunately only FS.
Unless they found a hidden stock of what I think might be an OOP FS/WS flip disc with the same UPC....(but I only *suspect* the existence, I've never actually seen one)

Also found Little Shop of Horrors, the musical remake, for 4.88 as well. Did not see it mentioned above.
