Be warned; box sets count as multiple items for shipping purposes!
Darn. I was so hoping to order from them as I've been meaning to get the Toxie movies and Class of Nuke'Em High movies for ages, but that shipping is killer...

That's always been a negative with them ..if and when they actually shipped. Two disasterous experiences with them, and I've given up - which is too bad, because they do have some good prices with some of their sales.

Shipping Rates
United States $4.00 for the first item
$1.50 for each additional item

* New York State residents are charged 8.625% sales tax on all items and shipping charges.

Canada $15.00 for the first item
$1.00 for each additional item

Mexico $43.00 for the first item
$3.50 for each additional item

International $60.00 for the first item
$3.50 for each additional item

My shipping total was $28.00, which more or less wiped out the 25% savings. Can you say "lost sale"?

I even later noted that 2 disc items count as 2 iterms!
Geez.
I could get by, actually, with Terror Firmer, Citizen Toxie and maybe the Toxic Crusaders DVD and squeak under Amazon prices (~$46 vs. ~$39) but not enough to really make it worth it...

$28.00 for shipping?! That's ridiculous!

Just wait until several weeks go by and they have not shipped your order yet. Oh well, that was a few years ago. I might be tempted if it was 75% off again.

Didn't a bunch of folks get royally dicked around by Troma during one of their sales a few years back?

Caveat emptor.

(EDIT: I see someone else remembers it, too.)

At least their shipping has gone down (if you can believe it) - didn't it used to be like $8 to start, plus more for additional titles?
