I picked up a sealed copy of this game with the eye toy in Tulsa. Some of the stores are clearing out their stock and have marked them down so as with BBV this is defientely YMMV. I'm sure the prices will vary somewhat from store to store but some online retailers are showing this to sell between 30 and 40 dollars. You can also use the eye toy as a pc webcam after following a few steps found on the net. Happy hunting!!!

Is this part of the 75% clearance/markdown going on at GameRush/Blockbuster?

I'm really not sure about this being part of the clearance/markdown. All I know is that I went in there yesterday to swap out a movie with my rental pass and they had three sealed copies of this on the counter. I've always been somewhat interested in the eye toy but not the regular price of one, but when they had them for 7.50 I just couldnt resist. The fact that I can use this camera with my pc as well is an added bonus. I hope you can find one!
