DVD Talk review of 'Valley of the Dolls'

The actual DVD release seems to be missing a number of features listed on Amazon, Foxstore, etc. Any clue as to what happened to them?
Among the missing:
- screen test for Judy Garland
-Doll-A-Palooza: Addicts Forum A Go-Go
-Translate French Porn Movies
-What's My Line? Episode
k.d.lang remix
