Not sure if these are the same as you're referring to but...
I received an e-mail from Blockbuster with links to two 99 cent rental coupons.
However, the coupons are one-time use only (have a unique barcode to insure this), and are dated for use during specific weeks.

I believe these are the same type of coupons that were "floating" around ages ago. The coupons could only be used once per account.

Do the coupons have your e-mail address on them or some other type of identifer?

I received these coupons last week but I don't have a printer. It must be at least 90 days since I last rented from BB. They also sent me a $2.49 ea. Unlimited Rentals card, by postal mail, that is good 'til the end of the month.

That first 99 cent coupon is set to expire on the 15th and the other is good for the following week. I may find a way to print them by then.

I received a mailing last week for a 99 cent rental. Not sure if i was just a regional or neighborhood thing because my parents who live a couple miles away didn't receive one.
