Interesting Situation with a Return... and Question
I went through their website to request a return. It said I would have to use the pre-paid label and return the damaged disc. A few days later, on my account history, an order was placed for the replacement, but what was interesting was the fact that it already listed the DVD under returns. The price next to it was 0.00, so I don't know if that means I haven't been credited yet, or if it's 0.00 because it was an enrollment. BTW, I haven't been charged for the replacement disc being sent, although it hasn't shipped yet either. If I had another charge of 22.95 already, I think I'd need to send the damaged disc back. So what do you think? Am I going to need to send back the other disc?

It's better to be safe (and honest). They said you should send it back. And if it's costing you nothing, you really have no reason not to.
