No sign of return on account history
I received two loose discs in my last enrollment package, so on Saturday I went online and used their website to request replacements. As of now, there is no signal on the website or account history that acknowledges this request. In addition, when I went to report one of the titles, the only option given to me (they give you the titles to select which are damaged) was 'title not found'. I reported this as damaged, but does anyone know if they will be able to figure out what the title is? Thanks.
