Reaching Cust. Service w/out account #?
Hi everyone - I'm new to this forum.
I do not have an account number, but I applied 2 1/2 weeks ago online. I was hoping to get in touch with customer service - but every number I try asks for an account #. Does anyone know of any number and/or method to read customer service without an account number?

I tried the same thing a few weeks back, I eventually tried to go through the new account line to get to someone to talk to. They were totally useless. Your best bet is to reply to the "thank you for your application" email. Include your full name and mailing address in your reply and tell them you want to check on the status of your application.

I've only applied for the TV club, but the email address for that is
[email protected]
If that doesn't help maybe someone can get you another address for the other club.

You might want to use [email protected] since that address has been reported to get quicker results. The regular address, [email protected], tends to give a canned response to the first try, IIRC.
(But I don't usually use e-mail to contact Columbia House, so I am just reporting what I have read here.)
