How long does it take to receive an e-mail confirmation after creating an account?
I created an account last night - I received no e-mail confirmation that I even applied. IS this normal?

I got confirmation emails "Thank you for your application" immediately for each account I've opened including the most recent on 3/1. However the Welcome email after approval came garbled and not able to be read.
