Ok so I used to be big on all of this, but I let go for awhile(My Last order was whe nthey had the 5 for $25 deal). Well i recently enrolled again but i have a ?

I enrolled back on 02/14/06 and did bill me later, everything went fine had my account info like the very next day.
Then on 2/17 & 2/19 I used the B1G1 deal to fulfil my order. yet I was still to recieve my enrollment package.

Then I decided to pay the $12 something for my enrollment package like 3 days ago or something, yet still to recieve my package or any charge on my card?

Now how long does it normally take to recieve an enrollment package, MY status for the order still says pending. Also my first order says pending, while my 2nd order says Awaiting credit approval why is this?

and last ? is I used the $5 off first web order and it all went through fine, got an email ocnfirming it with the right price and everything, but on my order history it has it and has no $5 off, why is this and what do I need to do? do i need to wait unitl i recieve my package or what?

Orders seem to be going slow lately, so you might have to wait a little longer for the packages to show up, I've been waiting a few weeks myself. But for you, it's only been 10 days since you enrolled and 7 or less days since you fulfilled, and there was a holiday in there too.

But I think the real issue with the delay here is the "bill me later" option you used.
My theory:
1. Your enrollment package was delayed because you were "awaiting credit approval" meaning something to the effect that you needed to pay the bill first.
2.When you 1st ordered, you still hadn't paid for the enrollments, so those fulfillments were also pending awaiting credit approval.
3.Same thing with the 2nd order, you still hadn't paid for the enrollments, so those fulfillments were also pending awaiting credit approval.
4.Then you paid for your enrollments.
5.Now the enrollments are pending(getting processed for delivery).
6.Your first order was also approved for credit because you paid for the enrollments.
7.The 2nd order is still awaiting credit approval because you haven't paid for the first.
8.Your enrollments should be on the way shortly, as well as your first order.
9.etc, etc.

10. Moral of the story: "Bill me later" sux.

For the webdvd $5 off question. The $5 ends up being subtracted from the price of one of the titles, so it shows up as $5 less than the normal price. If your total came out all right, then there is nothing to worry about.

You can always call them next week and see what's up too. The website is usually behind a few days as well, only calling them will give you up to date info. I have a feeling your enrollments might already be on the way though. "Pending" should show up as "Completed" in a few days.
