How the hell do I get a Columbia House rep on the phone?
I'm seriously pissed off.
I ordered 2 DVDs in friggin' SEPTEMBER of last year. I've complained repeatedly that they have never been sent. I've been told twice to wait out the entire four week period and that it's probably just some snafu with the post office.
Well it's nearly 5 months later, I've gotten no bills and no sign of any DVDs. The first communication I get from Columbia House is a letter saying I didn't hold up my obligation with respect to teh "Member's Choice" plan - because supposedly I didn't order anything within a specified space of time.
Now I'm back to having to respond to the bastards about their shitty monthly "director's" specials - none of which I ever, ever, EVER want. All I wanted to do was buy my couple of fulfullment DVDs and get out of the damned club. But noooo, they can't seem to get me what I've already ordered.
Now, they seem to have changed the prompts at all the "800" numbers such that it's impossible to reach a human being. I want the satisfaction of unloading on these scumbags in the loudest possible manner. I just about threw my phone through the wall the last 10 times I got stuck in an endless prompt loop.

Call either:
1-800-262-2001 or 1-800-667-0364
and then select 1 for English and then 1 for placing an order (whether you are or not), you should then be able to talk to a CSR.
