Can I close an account with preorders still pending?

Hi
i am hoping someone can help I wish to close my fulfilled Dvd club account but it has pending pre orders on it ?
I mean i did the B1G1 offer a while back and I got the free DVDs already but the regular priced dvds i had as pre orders so those are pending ... so can i close the account or will i have to wait on the preorders to go through first ?

thanks hopefully i didn't confuse anyone too much

You'll have to wait for the preorders I'd say. Why are you in such a hurry? Or are you just trying to get out of paying for the regular price ones?

i shouldn't think so ... I just wanted to end it and start over ... I am a Preferred member with them... and I have spent more money with them than I care to go into so if i have to wait i will wait. it was two pre orders for corpse bride and gromit and wallace ...
thanks for your answer though

If they are paid for already, I'd say there is a chance you'd get them. But of course by closing the account before they ship, you'd really run the risk of having the order possibly lost, because it obviously doesn't take much for CH to get confused.

I'd just wait.

I'd wait until you have them in hand. Assuming they're paid for.

The account won't show fulfilled until they bill you for the pre-orders. At that point, you should be able to close it. This is one reason why I don't pre-order anything too far in advance. I got stuck in that situation a year or two ago, whereby I had two open account awaiting pre-orders and I missed out on about a month of some really good deals (B1G1 w/free shipping or something like that....).

I always wait. Why tempt fate?
