I have 2 fulfilled accounts and I was always allowed to select bill me and now I cannot. Anyone know what is up? I have not used these accounts since the summer.

Just email them and tell them you want the "bill me" option. They'll change it.

I asked for and was given the bill me option. I got the email this morning: "Future orders will be billed to your Columbia House account." The Select Payment Method page, however, still shows credt card as the only option. What should I see on this page if my request was granted? Thanks.

It may take a day or so to update on the checkout page. But when it does update, the option bill me will automatically show up when you're ready to buy.
