I enjoyed this episode and thought it was one of the funnier ones.

The couch gag was great especially the shot where Marge marries Lenny and then on the next shot, she is replaced by Carl and the kids have a puzzled look on their faces.

That one was drawn-out enough to be a Family Guy gag. I know that was supposed to be the point, but it just didn't fit as well into The Simpsons.

Ha, I thought the fan gag was the funniest joke of the episode. Awkward moments and silences can be great when you're not involved in one. . It wasn't THAT funny until Grandpa's last comment and how it was delivered.

Another hilarious part was when Bart crunched up the dog's butt to look like Grandpa.

Wouldn't "Bully Pulpit" have been a better name than "Bully Corner"?

This was the first episode this season that hasn't made me cringe. Was pretty funny.

Interesting that this ep had several "Family Guy" moments. I also thought the extended laughing scene was very Family Guy-ish.

Yours too? That's exactly where mine stopped. I don't know what my DVR has against the Simpsons. I think it's time for a dvr purge/cleanup.
Anyway, this was an interesting episode. Not laugh out loud, but I got a few chuckles. Piso Mojado, the literally-named area of the ocean floor. Couch gag was interesting, and it was nice seeing the tire fire again.

The part where Homer says M. Night Shyamalan's movies are getting crappier was pretty funny. Though I disagree.

i think the dvr goes by the "exact" time, and what not, and we have to blame the genius's at fox for this, and not our dvr's (if you have a duel tuner, always pad)

"Go poop in your fist."
"At least I can make both."

I thought this episode had some great lines. My DVR cut off at the same time.

That would have been funnier if I hadn't heard the exact same reference a couple of hours earlier when I was watching an episode of Max & Paddy's Road to Nowhere (2004 British comedy).

Mine did too, and I halfway expected it when I noticed that the show started a minute late. Fox needs to fix their clock.

Add me to the "cut off" list. Guess I have to pad a minute next week.

Anyone care to elaborate what happened after Grandpa said he switched the samples?
