Enrolling online with a credit card?

How do I enroll with a credit card on Columbia House's website? They never ask for it. They just ask for the Preferred Status Number and if I've ever ordered something before by mail. Is there a separate link to the CH credit card enrollment

Use C7L. It's as good of a code as there is and it gives you the option of using a credit card or being billed later.

well I tried it, but it didn't seem to give me the option to use a credit card. Same problem. The only fields were:

Title
First Name
Last Name
Address 1
Address 2(optional)
City
State
Zip Code -
Phone
Email
and then Submit.

I read that accounts have a better chance of being approved, or at least not getting "lost", if you use a credit card. I keep getting lost accounts when I don't use a card.

You have to hit submit. The next screen will prompt you to enter your CC info.

Okay. Because it seems to indicate, through the tabs at the top of the screen, that after submitting, I'll just get my receipt. And I really don't feel like having another CH account in limbo.

I appreciate the help. The things we do for cheap dvds...

After telling some friends about CH, I know of 3 (out of 4) online accounts that have gone through using the 'bill me' option. This has been within the last 4 weeks.
