Does getting a title auto-shipped kill the $5 off $30 first time web order deal?
I had an account that was open without my knowledge, and it recently sent me a director's selection, which I am returning.
I want to order this weekend, but I can't get the webdvd incentive to show up in the cart, nor giving a popup with the discount, though it s letting me login via the webdvd link.
Anyone have any experience with this? I'd call, but of course they're closed until after the triple funcash deal is over.

E-mail them directly at [email protected] and explain the situation. They will most likely credit your account the $5. I have always had great success by e-mailing them directly(don't bother with their online contact form-they will just send you a canned response).

Thanks Sweet Baby James. I've had 150+ memberships, and have found emailing works pretty better also. I just wondered if there was a policy issue here, never having been in this situation before. (I don't want to go back and forth with them forever over $5.
