No humans answering 1-800-262-2001 this AM?

Hi all,

I was on hold for 1/2 hour at 6am PST this morning, hung up, and have been on hold another 15 minutes since. (Thank goodness for speakerphones.)

Is anyone getting through? Is this a one-time problem, or is it becoming more common of late?

If they're that hammered, I'm suprised they aren't simply outsourcing AM calls to India...

^6 AM PST is a little early. Try after 8 AM and you should have no trouble on weekdays.

just tried calling the number in the title. It's to Marine Industries not Columbia house. They must get called quite often because they knew the number for Columbia House right away.
