Daniel Johnston (while a genius songwriter), is pretty unconventional and can be pretty abrasive to those who don't understand.

What criticisms do you have for them? I have seen both live a couple of times and they are both always on point.

Yeah, snarkiness is helpful. It appears to be a set list he created as a guest DJ on a radio show. I'm assuming that's what it is, as there's nothing on the link that gives much of a context as to what Breezeblock is. I guess I'll have to simply assume, since an answer is too much to ask for.
