Here's a big article that explains the plot of each episode, as well as various cast members. Can't wait for this show!

Great lineup, except for Mick Garris. IMO he's an average director at best who somehow lucked into being Stephen King's go-to guy. And even his King adaptions are rather poorly made efforts that succeed on the strength of King's stories. His primary non-King works are Critters 2 and Psycho 4, for crying out loud. I could make a case for every other one of those directors, though.
I just read he's an executive producer or something. Whatever, still think him directing a segment dillutes the concept a bit.

I don't have Showtime, but I wish I did for this. Nice to see a few comic book writers/artists in the credits.

I was thinking about posting this today!
I attended the "Masters of Horror" panel at Comic-Con. Mick Garris, John Landis, Don Coscarelli and Stuart Gordon appeared. Roger Corman was supposed to be there but he was under the weather. Later in the day I nearly bumped into John Landis at a display for The Corpse Bride. Just as I decided to say something to him, he took off and I lost him in the crowd... but I digress...
They should a montage of clips from the first few that's already been filmed. Looks very good and it got me really excited. The directors were excited because there were only a couple stipulations they have to work under:
1) Stay within a prescribed budget, which included filming in Canada (Miike might be an exception).
2) Episode length is 1 hr.
Otherwise they can do whatever they want. Pretty cool. During the Q&A someone in the audience stated that it was strange/sad that these directors have to resort to going to television in order to film something w/o having to worry about editing for a "PG-13" or "R".
