I wasn't too sure where to post this. I was recently watching "Hey, Hey We're the Monkees" documentary and was curious at the fact that they have footage of the 1987 concert at the Greek Theater with all four Monkees for the first time since the late 1960s, in other words the encore features Michael Nesmith for two songs. My question is was the whole concert taped or just that part and if it was taped in full why not a video or DVD release of this concert?
