We're No Angels (Bogart) - 9/27!

Now this is good news! One of Humphrey Bogart's rare forays into comedy, We're No Angels, will be released by Paramount on 9/27 according to The Digital Bits.

I love this movie - it really is funny and Bogart is great in it, but watch out for Adolph!

I'm going to waste no time in getting this one. Not only is Bogart great, but so are Peter Ustinov, Aldo Ray, and pretty much the entire cast! Great stuff!

YES! This is one of my all time favorite movies! I can't wait. My family and I watch it every year sometome between Thanksgiving and X-mas. It's the only thing I'll watch on VHS, and soon I'll be able to trash my worn out copy.

This a a great comedy with some really funny dialog. I hope I get to review it.

edit: Just checked, and DVDPlanet has it up for pre-order. Retail is only $14.95 and it is in widescreen!

What a great movie! Between Basil Rathbone's performance...and Humphrey / Aldo / Peter as the escaped cons with a heart of gold, this couldn't come as better news. Can't wait till the release...thanks!

Count me in. I've only seen it a couple of time in my 50+ years, but it's a favorite.

Count me in as well. Not knowing that this was the original from which the re-make was cast, I am extremely excited about seeing Bogart's film!

Never seen it, but I've always heard good things about it. Blind buy for me.

I've got the Laserdisc of this one as well. Being a true Bogart fan, the Penn/DeNiro "remake" didn't excite me at all - the only thing they used from the original movie was the title. If you haven't seen the original, waste no time picking this one up.
