NEW YORK (AP) -- Bo Bice didn't win the fourth season of "American Idol," but he did win his girlfriend's hand in marriage -- and the No. 1 spot on next week's Billboard hot singles sales chart.
The "American Idol" runner-up Bo Bice [29] wed Caroline Fisher [24] in Helena, Alabama, Bice's publicist, Roger Widynowski, confirmed to The Associated Press Thursday.
His "Inside Your Heaven" single replaces "Idol" winner and Oklahoma native Carrie Underwood's version of the same song at No. 1 on next week's Billboard singles sales chart, a first in the history of the sales chart, RCA Records said Thursday.
