Toy Story 3 for 2008? Disney / Pixar to resume talks?

Any further word on this? I thought they were done with each other. Toy Story 3 by Pixar would be most welcome!

I think the only people that want Toy Story 3 is Disney. Aren't they doing it without Pixar (and probably without Hanks)?

The story they have involves Woody and I highly doubt they'd replace Hanks.

Well if you search previous threads this really covers nothing new. Steve Jobs said he would be open to talks once Eisner is out the door. Iger is wanting to make a strong impression once he takes control and this would be one way to do it.

Both sides want to do it, Pixar even has a solid idea the last I read. But they will not go forward with the current contract, Disney reaps too much of the reward.

Jobs is a smart business man. I'm sure he would love to see a 3rd film in the franchise as much as we do. Like I said though this is not really a surprise. Check the previous thread(s).

all roads lead back to the return of jafar, the moment disney realized that the voice of the character is key.

Are they doing Toy Story 3? I can't wait to watch it. The first 2 movies are very good.
