Vader's Theme in Sith? and clip from Empire used over and over again in reviews

Do they play Vader's theme in Sith? I didn't hear it. Although, I heard an echo of it in ATOC.

I've seen many tv critics review Sith. But something weird is going on. They review the film and show clips of it. Nothing strange there. However, in most of the reviews, they show a shot from Empire of Vader talking to one of his underlings. (It's possible that it's from Jedi but I don't think so). Anyway, it give the impression that you'll see that scene in Sith and unless you're very familiar with the saga, you'll be mislead. Thoughts?

Yeah, I've seen the clip of Vader emerging from his "medical pod" in ESB shown in several tv reivews.

It's there. When Anakin gives over to Palpatine after Mace has been killed.
