I'm seeing it digitally all the way. I'm lucky in that I live close to a theater that has the first new Kodak DLP projector that's supposed to blow away the current generation DLP's made by Texas Instrument.

The nearest digital theaters to me are in Denver or Las Vegas, and can't really break away to travel to either. So, I'll be seeing it the old-fashioned way, sadly.
However, three years ago I made the trek to Vegas to see EpII, and it was amazing...

gonna trek over to the Rio in Gaithersburg to see it in Digital
and then experience it on the Uptown's huge screen in 35mm.
and again in Dolby Digital EX 6.1 sound at Regal Gallery Place or National Amusement's Reston Cinemas (again 35mm).

oh goddamn it, now I have to go the Merrifield theatre with the sucky seats and sucky soundsystem....
oh this really pisses me off.
UPDATE:
so.... I call over to the Rio and yes, they are NOT showing this in Digital. The guy couldn't give a concrete explaination, but I am just floored. What the **** gives? Three DLP equipped screens in the immediate area, and I assume only one is showing it as such....(maybe the George Lucas retrospect at the AFI Silver can rectify this). I hope DLP does crawl over and die, cause this type of crap, is unexcuseable.

Try Annapollis. I'm gonna trek over there next weekend since this one is probably going to be too crowded. Hopefully it'll still be on the digital screen by then.

8 showings, only one sold out as of a couple hours ago when I checked.
I catch most movies there or at the Majestic in Silver Spring, depends on if I'm leaving from home (Laurel, thus closer to Muvico) or work (closer to Silver Spring).

Both.... TWO hours from now I'm seeing it on film. Tomorrow at midnight I'm seeing it DLP. I am beyond excited.... Digital is easily the prefered format and even if you must drive a few hours, I'm sure it'd be worth it.
